Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to local check-in time. No-Shows and cancellations made after the 24-hour time frame incurs one night’s room charge.

Guarantee Policy:

A valid bank-issued credit card is required to make a reservation, and at check-in time.

Payment Methods:

A valid credit card and photo ID must be presented at check-in. Photo ID must match the name on the credit card. The hotel accepts all major credit cards. Debit card, credit card, or cash may be used to pay for room charges at check-out. Cash deposits are not accepted at check-in. Prepaid debit & credit cards can only be used at check-out time.

Credit card will be authorized at check-in for the full amount of your stay plus an additional $50 to cover for incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out – at which, only the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorization amounts may take up to 7 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution. The hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

If you wish to pay for a room with someone else’s credit card, the cardholder must complete a credit card authorization form which can be obtained by calling the hotel.
